The foreign tourists are often displaced by the times and days of closure of the main attractions of Istanbul. It is hard to find complete information about opening hours, and also it is difficult to find their way among the religious holidays which dates change every year. For this reason, your morning visit plans may fail after discovering that the place is actually closed that day. You lose your time and more importantly you lose the opportunity to visit the place. Closed: During times of prayer

Topkapi Palace (Topkapı Sarayı)
Open: From 09.00 to 17.00 (Summer until 19.00, last admission at 17.30)
Closed: Every Tuesday and until 12.00 on the first days of religious festivities

Grand Bazaar (Kapalı Çarşı)
Open: From 08.30 to 19.00
Closed: Sundays

Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan Sarnıcı)
Open: From 09.00 to 19
Closed: Until 13.00 on the first days of religious festivities

Spice Bazaar (Mısır Çarşısı)
Open: Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 19.00, Sundays from 09:00 to 18:00.
Closed: Never

Galata Tower (Galata Kulesi)
Open: From 09.00 to 20.00
Closed: Never

Dolmabahçe Palace (Dolmabahçe Sarayı)
Open: From 09.00 to 16.00
Closed: Mondays and Thursdays all day, on January 1, and the first days of religious festivities
